The Promotional Products Association of the MidSouth (PPAMS) brings together promotional products professionals from across Tennessee to build relationships, share knowledge, and strengthen our regional industry. As a member-driven organization, PPAMS focuses on delivering relevant education, well-executed events, and opportunities that support real business growth.

Whether you’re looking to expand your network, stay informed on industry trends, or connect face-to-face with peers and partners, PPAMS provides a platform designed to support you at every stage of your business.

Membership applications are subject to review and approval. Qualification typically includes affiliation with recognized industry organizations (e.g., PPAI, SAGE, ASI, UPIC) or membership in another regional association. Applicants without these affiliations may be asked to provide supporting documentation, such as invoices or letters of recommendation, to verify active participation in the promotional products industry.

Business Service Membership - $150.00 (USD) Bundle (unlimited) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) This membership level is reserved for companies/organizations within the promotional products industry that primarily offer a service rather or non-material products (such as software) rather than a physical product. This can be any service that can be of use to supplier companies, multi-line reps, and/or distributor companies. If paid online with credit card this membership will automatically renew on the annual membership anniversary. You may cancel automatic renewals at any time.

Distributor (Tier 1) Membership - $135.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 5 members) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) This level of membership is reserved for individuals or companies whose sole business model is to sale/distribute promotional products purchased from suppliers to end-users. This tier is for distributor companies who employ a sales force of 5 or less representatives.

Distributor (Tier 2) Membership - $160.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 11 members) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) This level of membership is reserved for companies whose sole business model is to sale/distribute promotional products purchased from suppliers to end-users. This tier is for distributor companies who employ a sales force of between 6-11 representatives.

Distributor (Tier 3) Membership - $185.00 (USD) Bundle (unlimited) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) This level of membership is reserved for companies whose sole business model is to sale/distribute promotional products purchased from suppliers to end-users. This tier is for distributor companies who employ a sales force of 12 or more individuals.

Supplier Membership - $150.00 (USD) Bundle (unlimited) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) This membership level is reserved for suppliers of promotional products. A supplier company is one that manufactures or imports promotional products and sells those products exclusively to promotional products distributor companies. If paid online with credit card this membership will automatically renew on the annual membership anniversary. You may cancel automatic renewals at any time.

Supplier Rep Membership - $150.00 (USD) Bundle (unlimited) Subscription period: 1 year Automatic renewal (recurring payments) Also known as multi-line reps the supplier representative membership is reserved for those individuals or companies that do not manufacture or import their own products. They are often contracted by one or more supplier companies to represent their brands/lines at trade events. If paid online with credit card this membership will automatically renew on the annual membership anniversary. You may cancel automatic renewals at any time.
