PPAMS Rate: $169 + taxes until January 9, 2018

PARKING:

 

The Music City Center is home to the largest parking operation in downtown Nashville and with their reasonable rates and 24 hour security, it’s the best place to park downtown.  The garage is located on 6th Avenue and Demonbreun, directly across from the south entrance to Bridgestone Arena.

PPAMS Members – FREE

Members of any Regional Association – FREE

Distributors with a PPAI, UPIC, ASI or SAGE number – non-member rate*

Any Promotional Products Distributor with five invoices from promotional products suppliers – non-member rate*

 

No one under the age of 16 can attend this show.

 

*Non-Member Rate: $50 per attendee for the show, $25 per attendee for each seminar

 

 

VIP ACCESS:

 

For the ultimate show experience, attendees can purchase a VIP pass.

 

The VIP Experience includes:

  • Valet parking on the day of the show.
  • Early access to the show floor.
  • Pre-printed name badge so you don't have to wait in line.
  • Access to the VIP Lounge with drinks, snacks and a light lunch.
  • Concierge to carry your bags to the car when you're done.
  • Premium show bag.

END-USER / CLIENT ATTENDEES:

 

For the final two hours of the show, distributors will be allowed to bring a limited number of clients. This is not intended to be as big as our Road Show, in fact, we encourage distributors to escort their clients on the show floor (there's no way they can see it all in two hours). This will give you the opportunity to bring clients who have a big project in the works or may have missed the show in August.

  • Distributor members, who are also show attendees, can invite two clients to attend between 1-3 pm. (2 clients per sales rep.)
  • Distributors will be charged $25 for each client that attends.
  • You are responsible for escorting your clients and collecting all leads.
  • For an additional fee you can provide complimentary parking or valet service for your clients.

REGISTRATION:

 

The pre-registration deadline is Friday, February 2, 2018

Pre-registration can only be done online at www.ppams.com

 

After February 2, you will still be able to register onsite.

 

 

NAME BADGE PICKUP:

 

A name badge is required for all events.  You can pickup your name badge at the registration counter outside of Exhibit Hall A-1 at the following times:

SHOW MOBILE APP:

 

As the top sponsor of the show, SAGE is again providing complimentary access to SAGEMobile for all distributors attending the show.  This will allow distributors to use their phone to search products, view exhibitors, create a walk list, input notes, photos, audio recordings and videos.  Also, you can post pictures and videos directly to your Facebook and Twitter pages.  Distributors who are not currently subscribers to SAGEMobile need to call 800-925-SAGE (7243) and tell them they need to get set up with the free trial of SAGEMobile for the PPAMS show.

Jon Norris is the VP of Operations at Starline, based in Buffalo, NY and the chair of PPAI’s Technology Committee.  He grew up in the promo industry when his dad ran Alabaster Industries/Sales Maker out of Alabaster, AL. In 2014 he was named a rising star by PPB.  Jon is currently a Millennial.
